How do I make the payment?
We have various online and offline payment options. You can choose to pay using either Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallets / UPI payments etc.

How do I get the content after I have made payment?
Now get an instant access to your subscribed content by following the simple steps as below:
- log into the website with your registered email ID.
- Click on your profile icon on the right top corner.
- Click on "Add Your Child"
- Once Child is added – Assign the course you subscribed to.
Now student can enjoy their learning in vidyawin.
Where do I find my enrolled courses?
Navigating your Vidyawin subscription is super easy just follow the below steps:
- Login to your Vidyawin Account.
- Click on "My Courses" at top of the page.
- Choose the subject you want to learn under "My Courses".
How can I see the past sessions?
You can watch any lesson/modules at your own time and pace. However recommend you stay ahead of time and finish them to excel in your exams
I need some counseling on my performance in the tests/assignments. Whom should I contact?

Reactivation: I changed my mobile phone or Vidyawin app got deleted. How to restore it back?
Please install the app again and log into your Vidyawin account. On your login software will ask for OTP please enter your OTP to get access. For any query please contact us at support@vidyawin.com or give missed call to Toll Free Number: 1800 572 4920
What are the packages available for subscription?
We have packages available for Karnataka state board class X – Maths, Science, Social Science, English 2nd language including Grammar. Please visit explore page to know the list of available packages.
Can I try out a package without subscription?
Yes, when you download the Vidyawin app or at Vidyawin.com, you can visit “Explore” page and select the subject you want to learn. Under each subject, there are certain modules which can “Watched for Free”.
Can I cancel my subscription & get refund?
Upto 15 days of subscribing to a course – you can request for refund. Please reach out to support@vidyawin.com for queries.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Password” link in the login page, your reset password link will be SMSd to your registered mobile number with which you can reset
How do I change my password?
To change your password, login to your Vidyawin account in the website and click on the 'Profile' link. There you will find a link to change your password.
How do I see what lessons are available
Click on My Courses Tab and then select a subject to view all the chapters and lessons available in that particular subject. Please note that all our chapters and lessons are as per the latest framework of your board.
Can I access classes other than my registered class?
Chapters will only be available for the class you have registered for. If you still wish to view topics of other classes, either you can watch free videos or you can enroll for that class too.
